I haven’t received my product key, what should I do? #
At Pro Software Key, we pride ourselves on our ⚡ Instant Digital Delivery system. Normally, your license key and instructions are sent to your email within 1 to 5 minutes after a successful payment.
If you haven’t received your email yet, please don’t worry! Follow these quick steps:
1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder #
Sometimes, strict email filters (especially in Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) might mistakenly send our automated delivery email to your Spam or Junk folder. Please check there first. If you find it, mark the email as “Not Spam” so you can receive future updates from us easily.
2. Check the Promotions Tab #
If you are using Gmail, our email might have landed in the Promotions tab. Please check that tab as well.
3. Verify Your Email Address #
Check the email address you entered during checkout on your receipt or account dashboard. Sometimes, a small typo (like typing .con instead of .com) can prevent the email from reaching you.
